shipping & delivery
(aus post may have delivery delays caused by the current situation. again we apologise but this is out of our control).
all our parcels are sent via australia post.
free standard postage on orders over $80
express postage $15
huni ships to all destinations within australia and most countries worldwide.
orders will be dispatched within 48hrs of order placement. please allow an additional 2-3 business days during peak periods (eg. sales & product launches).
please allow 3-5 working days for metro delivery, for rural delivery please allow 4-7 working days.
orders placed over the weekend/public holidays will be processed within the following business week.
you will receive a tracking number upon dispatch to track the delivery of your goods. huni hold no liability of parcels once out of our possession.

new zealand- flate rate $15aud (Currently offering complimentary standard shipping).
rest of the world- flate rate $30aud
please note that possible duties and customs taxes incurred to orders shipped outside of australia are the responsibility of the customer and will not be paid in part or full by huni. please check with your local customs agency if you are unsure prior to ordering. huni hold no liability of parcels once out of our possession and will not be held responsible if incorrect details are provided by the customer. tracking details will be provided to you, please contact postage carrier for the whereabouts of your parcel.

returns & exchanges
huni does not offer refunds on items due to change of mind. a refund will only be offered in the garment is faulty beyond repair or an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange. please contact email@example.com with your return query so that I can issue a unique returns authorisation number and process your exchange/refund as soon as possible.
if you wish to exchange an item, you will have 7 calendar days to make contact to organise the return. items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed and all original tags must remain on the item. please note huni does not issue refunds, only store credits.
huni will not cover return postage costs, this is at the customers own expense. we recommend using trackable postage. huni is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned.
if your items are received faulty, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can arrange something asap. all tags must be in place. the faulty item will be assessed upon arrival. huni reserves the right to repair or replace. a full refund will be issued if the item is no longer in stock.
all sale items are final and will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
